Article 1: General Information and Company Identification

1.1 Purpose
These Terms & Conditions of Use (hereinafter the “TCU”) govern the use of the website https://helvgo.com/ and the booking of private chauffeur (VTC) services provided by MJD Swiss Group SA, operating under the trade name HelvGo (hereinafter “HelvGo”).

1.3 Acceptance
Use of the Platform and/or validation of a booking implies full and unconditional acceptance of these TCU.


Article 2: Services Provided

2.1 Description of Services
HelvGo offers a premium private chauffeur service available throughout Switzerland. Services include, but are not limited to, airport transfers, day hires, private excursions, and tailor-made professional transportation.

2.2 Vehicle Fleet
HelvGo operates a modern, high-performance fleet adapted to various needs, including:

  • Mercedes-Benz E-Class (indicative capacity: 4 passengers / 4 luggage)
  • Mercedes-Benz V-Class (indicative capacity: 6 passengers / 8 luggage)
  • Mercedes-Benz S-Class (indicative capacity: 3 passengers / 4 luggage)

Article 3: Booking and Orders

3.1 Booking Process
Bookings are made online by providing an email address, date, pick-up location (e.g. Geneva Train Station), and destination (e.g. Zurich). The client must then select a vehicle.

3.2 Confirmation
A booking becomes final once confirmed by HelvGo and upon payment (or payment agreement) of the quoted fare.

3.3 Modification / Cancellation
Conditions for modification and cancellation are specified at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation by the client, fees may apply. HelvGo reserves the right to subcontract the execution of its services.


Article 4: Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing
Journey prices are communicated in advance and are transparent, with no hidden fees.

4.2 Payment
The client is informed of the total fare in advance and pays exactly the amount announced. Payment is made according to the methods accepted by HelvGo.

4.3 Receipt
A receipt for the journey must be issued and provided to the client.


Article 5: Client Obligations

5.1 Conduct
The client agrees to comply with rules of conduct and safety inside the vehicle. HelvGo reserves the right to terminate the service in the event of dangerous or inappropriate behavior.

5.2 Timeliness
The client must be present at the agreed pick-up location and time. Waiting fees may apply in case of delay, except for airport transfers where flight tracking and complimentary waiting time are included.

5.3 Capacity
The client must ensure that the number of passengers and luggage complies with the capacity of the selected vehicle.


Article 6: Liability and Safety

6.1 Safety
Client safety and well-being are a priority. All chauffeurs are trained, and vehicles are regularly inspected to ensure a reliable and secure journey. Vehicles are recent, meticulously maintained, and equipped with high-end features.

6.2 Insurance
HelvGo undertakes to hold the necessary insurance coverage in accordance with Swiss law.

6.3 Chauffeur Responsibility
The chauffeur is responsible for the client’s comfort and safety throughout the journey.


Article 7: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

7.1 Governing Law
These TCU are governed by Swiss law.

7.2 Disputes
In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these Terms, and after failure of an amicable resolution, the competent courts shall be those of the Canton of Vaud, where the company is headquartered (MJD Swiss Group SA, 1815 Clarens).
