1.1 Purpose
These Terms & Conditions of Use govern the use of the website https://helvgo.com/ and the booking of private chauffeur services provided by MJD Swiss Group SA, operating under the trade name HelvGo.

1.3 Acceptance
Use of the platform and/or validation of a booking implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions of Use.


Article 2: Services Provided

2.1 Description of Services
HelvGo provides premium private chauffeur services in Switzerland and, depending on the journey, to selected cross-border destinations.

Services include, but are not limited to:

Ski resort transfers

Airport transfers

City transfers

Business travel

Hourly chauffeur services

VIP & Executive chauffeur services

Private events

Long-distance journeys

Private school transfers

Wedding chauffeur services

Private tours

Private courier services

2.2 Vehicle Fleet
HelvGo operates a premium fleet adapted to different journey types and passenger requirements, including:

  • Mercedes-Benz E-Class, up to 3 passengers / 3 pieces of luggage
  • Mercedes-Benz V-Class, up to 6 passengers / 6 pieces of luggage
  • Mercedes-Benz S-Class, up to 3 passengers / 3 pieces of luggage
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, up to 12 passengers / 12 pieces of luggage

Vehicle categories, models, features and capacity are indicative and may be replaced by an equivalent or superior category when operationally necessary.


Article 3: Booking and Orders

3.1 Booking Process
Bookings may be made through the HelvGo website, WhatsApp, Phone or Email.

3.2 Information Provided by the Client

The client must provide accurate and complete information, including where applicable:

  • pickup location
  • destination
  • date and time
  • number of passengers
  • luggage details
  • selected vehicle category
  • flight or train information, if applicable
  • any special request relevant to the journey

HelvGo shall not be liable for service disruption, delays or extra charges resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.

3.3 Confirmation of Booking
A booking becomes final only after confirmation by HelvGo and, where applicable, receipt of payment or validation of an agreed payment method.

HelvGo reserves the right to refuse any booking if operational, safety, legal or service quality conditions cannot be guaranteed.

3.4 Modification / Cancellation
Conditions for modification or cancellation of a booking are communicated during the booking process and may vary depending on the type of service reserved.

Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation and the conditions specified at the time of booking.

HelvGo reserves the right, when operationally necessary, to assign the execution of certain services to trusted partner chauffeurs or transport companies. In such cases, all partners must comply with HelvGo’s quality, safety, and service standards.


Article 4: Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing
Journey prices are communicated in advance based on the information provided at the time of booking. Prices are transparent and do not include hidden fees.

Additional charges may apply in particular in the following cases:

  • extra waiting time beyond the included allowance
  • additional stops not included in the original booking
  • route changes requested by the client
  • excess luggage or undeclared special luggage
  • damage, heavy soiling or exceptional cleaning
  • services requested outside the initial agreed scope

4.2 Payment
Payment is made according to the methods accepted by HelvGo at the time of booking. Full payment may be required before the start of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.3 Receipt / Invoice
A receipt or invoice is issued for each journey and may be provided to the client in electronic or paper format upon request.


Article 5: Modification, Cancellation and No-Show

5.1 Modification Requests
Any request to modify a booking must be submitted as early as possible by email, phone or WhatsApp. Modifications remain subject to availability and price adjustment where applicable.

5.2 Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise agreed in writing for a specific service:

  • cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time
  • for cancellations less than 24 hours before pickup, no refund is guaranteed
  • in duly justified force majeure cases, HelvGo may, at its sole discretion, offer a refund or partial refund.

5.3 No-Show
A booking is considered a no-show if the client does not present themselves at the agreed pickup point within the included waiting time and cannot be reached using the contact details provided.

In the event of a no-show, the full fare may be charged and no refund shall be due.


Article 6: Waiting Time and Airport Transfers

6.1 Standard Waiting Time
For pickups at private addresses, hotels, offices or other non-airport locations, a reasonable complimentary waiting period may apply, after which additional waiting charges may be billed.

6.2 Airport and Train Station Pickups
For airport transfers, HelvGo may include flight tracking, chauffeur coordination and complimentary waiting time according to the service booked.

Where specifically stated on the website or booking confirmation, airport pickups include 1 hour of complimentary waiting time after the actual landing time. For train station pickups, HelvGo may also adjust pickup time according to real-time arrival information when such details have been provided by the client.

6.3 Delay Communication
Clients must inform HelvGo as soon as possible in case of delay, itinerary change or any event affecting the pickup.


Article 7: Client Obligations

7.1 Conduct
The client and all passengers must behave in a respectful and safe manner inside the vehicle. HelvGo reserves the right to refuse or terminate the service without refund in the event of dangerous, unlawful, abusive or inappropriate behaviour.

7.2 Capacity and Luggage
The client must ensure that the number of passengers and the volume of luggage correspond to the selected vehicle category. HelvGo may refuse carriage or propose another vehicle category at additional cost if the selected vehicle is unsuitable.

7.3 Damage and Cleaning
The client shall be liable for any damage, abnormal soiling or deterioration caused by them or by any passenger accompanying them. Related repair or cleaning costs may be invoiced.


Article 8: Partners and Subcontracting

To ensure continuity of service and operational flexibility, HelvGo may, when necessary, assign the performance of certain journeys to trusted partner chauffeurs or transport companies.

In such cases, HelvGo remains the client’s contractual contact for the booking, and all selected partners are expected to comply with HelvGo’s service, discretion and quality standards.


Article 9: Liability and Force Majeure

9.1 Service Execution
HelvGo undertakes to use reasonable efforts to provide the booked service under the agreed conditions. However, HelvGo cannot be held liable for delays or inability to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, weather conditions, strikes, public events, security restrictions or force majeure.

9.2 Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, HelvGo shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed flights, missed trains, missed appointments, loss of profit or business interruption, except in cases of wilful misconduct or mandatory legal liability.

9.3 Personal Belongings
Passengers remain responsible for their personal belongings. HelvGo cannot be held responsible for items left behind, lost or stolen in the vehicle, except where liability is imposed by applicable law.


Article 10: Insurance and Safety

10.1 Insurance
HelvGo undertakes to maintain the insurance coverage required under applicable Swiss law for the operation of its services.

10.2 Safety
Client safety and comfort are a priority. Vehicles are maintained regularly and chauffeurs are expected to comply with applicable legal, safety and operational requirements.


Article 11: Personal Data

Personal data collected in connection with bookings, customer communication and website use is processed in accordance with HelvGo’s Privacy Policy available on the website.


Article 12: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

12.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Swiss law.

12.2 Disputes
In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these Terms, the parties shall first seek an amicable resolution. Failing such resolution, the competent courts shall be those of the Canton of Vaud, subject to any mandatory jurisdiction rules under applicable law.
