Is it possible to book a chauffeur for several hours or several days?
Yes, HelvGo offers hourly, half-day, full-day, or multi-week chauffeur services. A dedicated chauffeur can accompany you for your business travel, events, or extended stays.
Are last-minute bookings possible?
Yes, last minute bookings are possible depending on availability. For urgent requests, we recommend contacting us via WhatsApp to receive a faster response and immediate confirmation. During peak periods, advance booking is still strongly recommended to ensure availability.
What happens in the event of a flight or train delay?
HelvGo monitors the arrival of your flight or train in real time.

What is the cancellation policy and how can I modify or cancel my booking ?
Any modification or cancellation can be made directly via our reservation app, by email at contact@helvgo.com, or via WhatsApp at +41 79 132 60 60.
Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Less than 24 hours before pickup, no refund is possible, in accordance with industry practices.
In cases of duly justified force majeure, a refund may exceptionally be granted.
