You can book primarily through our online reservation system, allowing you to select your journey, confirm your chauffeur, and pay directly online. You also have the option to book via WhatsApp. Each request is handled with care to ensure optimal availability and flawless organization. A detailed confirmation is sent to you to guarantee perfectly coordinated service.
Is it possible to book a chauffeur for several hours or several days?
Yes, HelvGo offers hourly, half-day, full-day, or multi-week chauffeur services. A dedicated chauffeur can accompany you for your business travel, events, or extended stays.
Are last-minute bookings possible?
Yes, last minute bookings are possible depending on availability. For urgent requests, we recommend contacting us via WhatsApp to receive a faster response and immediate confirmation. During peak periods, advance booking is still strongly recommended to ensure availability.
What happens in the event of a flight or train delay?
HelvGo monitors the arrival of your flight or train in real time. Your chauffeur automatically adjusts the pickup time without stress or unexpected charges related to the delay. You benefit from punctual and perfectly coordinated service.

Security & Confidentiality

Are my personal and booking data protected?
Yes, all your information is handled with the strictest confidentiality. HelvGo fully complies with Swiss data protection laws as well as the European GDPR, ensuring secure and transparent management of your information. No client data is shared with third parties without your explicit authorization.
What is the cancellation policy and how can I modify or cancel my booking ?
Any modification or cancellation can be made directly via our reservation app, by email at contact@helvgo.com, or via WhatsApp at +41 79 132 60 60. Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Less than 24 hours before pickup, no refund is possible, in accordance with industry practices. In cases of duly justified force majeure, a refund may exceptionally be granted. Our team remains available to assist you with flexibility and professionalism.
